The Avery Dennison Smartrac Glass Tag product range has been designed and developed for the particular requirements in industry and logistics applications. Embedded into a robust glass shell, the transponders offer reliable read ranges even in harsh environments.

The glass shell is resistant to most chemicals and protects the transponder unimpeachably from humidity and other influencing factors. This robustness combined with its small size, flexibility as well as its capability to perform well on or in metal make this type of transponder unique.

Glass Tag product series is available in different sizes and with various integrated circuit technologies and caters to the most demanding requirements of existing applications. As each product has a unique ID, it can also be used for stock control, production planning and control systems, manufacturing, production control and optimization, making it possible to increase the efficiency of business processes significantly.
