Avery Dennison’s Maxdura® Flexible Laundry tag has been specially designed for rough environmental conditions in the laundry management industry. The size and performance of the RFID tag meets industry requirements to speed up inventory processes for hotels, hospitals and other institutions.
This flexible UHF tag supports an enhanced garment classification and can contribute to the efficient usage of water and energy. The tag, with its recycled polyester base material and reinforced IC is specially made for the laundry applications surviving up to 200 wash cycles of: water immersion, high temperatures up to 200°C, pressure and detergents.
The RAIN UHF tag allows for bulk reading, to increase efficiency in laundry processes, offering optimized reading distance of up to 10 meters and can be directly sewn onto sheets, garments and other laundry items. By complying with all relevant industry standards (ISO 18000-63 and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100) and passing broad and strict quality tests for temperature, humidity and pressure resistance, Maxdura® Flexible Laundry is set to become the benchmark RFID tag in wet industry segments.
