Avery Dennison Smartrac’s Maxdura® Flex has been designed with a rugged construction for high durability for curved surfaces in asset tracking applications. This RAIN RFID (UHF) hard tag, member of Avery Dennison Smartrac’s Maxdura product family with global frequency tuning is an excellent choice to tag curved boxes made of plastic or wooden.

Maxdura® Flex is a passive, battery-less transponder that provides a reliable read range and performance over 10m and is equipped with Alien Higgs-3 IC, including a user memory of 512 bit. It offers a flexible read/write range depending on the reader.

Maxdura® Flex housing is made of TPU, including ingress protection IP68 and can be easily fixed with screws, rivets or with an adhesive tape on the backside for easy attachment.

Due to its flexible structure high resistance, it is very well suited to tap the benefits of passive RFID in challenging environments for different industrial applications.
