UHF Hard Tag: Maxdura® Bond

UHF Hard Tag: Maxdura® Bond

Optimized on-metal tagging in industrial environments

Industry segment: Industrial Applications, Logistics, Automotive

Smartrac Maxdura® Bond is a dedicated on-metal hard tag, which is attached directly to the metal surface without the need for a spacer or holder. It’s a general-purpose tag, fixed to an object with an adhesive and ideally suits item-level tracking with metallic surfaces and asset management within industrial environments.

This RAIN RFID (UHF) hard tag, member of Smartrac’s Maxdura product family is a passive transponder based on printed circuit board (PCB) equipped with the Impinj Monza® 4QT integrated circuit (IC). It offers serial TID and memory feature with EPC 128 bit and 32-bit user memory and excellent performance over UHF tags on metal surfaces.

Smartrac’s Maxdura Bond contributes to process acceleration, efficiency gains and optimized tracking and tracing of goods and parts. Due to its high resistance, it is very well suited to tap the benefits of passive RFID in harsh environments and demanding industrial applications.

Smartrac’s inlays and tags are compliant with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management, which ensure a reliable and state-of-the-art product that meets a variety of application needs, enhancing RFID usage for difficult-to-tag materials.
