AD Bolt inlays from Avery Dennison Smartrac are ideally suited for a wide variety of RFID tagging applications, particularly those related to the areas of supply chain, inventory and logistics, apparel, and pharmaceutical & healthcare.

AD Bolt inlays and tags come with NXP UCODE 9 chips which feature 96-bit of EPC memory and a 96-bit unique factory-locked TID number. A 48-bit unique serial number is factory encoded into the TID.

The Gen2 UHF RFID inlay’s 41 x 16mm design is optimized for outstanding performance in the ETSI frequency band (865-868 MHz), and the Gen2 UHF RFID inlay’s 42.5 x 17mm design is optimized for outstanding performance in the FCC frequency band (902-928 MHz).

This inlay is part of the AD Pure™ range, Avery Dennison's portfolio of the new generation of RFID inlays and labels with lowest possible carbon footprint currently in the market. The pure aluminum PET-free antennas are manufactured with innovative technologies allowing 70-90% lower carbon footprint compared to traditional etching. Like all RFID products from Avery Dennison, The Pure™ inlays are manufactured according to industry’s highest quality standards as confirmed by the RFID Lab at Auburn University and are available in dry, wet and label formats.
