As interim Vice President and General Manager for Avery Dennison Smartrac, Raymond oversees a highly engaged global team focused on building an exciting digital future where every physical item will have a unique digital identity and digital life, enabled by our atma.io cloud offering. This business works with some of the world’s biggest brands across multiple segments across the globe spanning from retail, apparel, beauty, food, logistics, pharma to automotive, with the aim to make the world a better place, improving supply chain, our planet, and increase profits for our customers through using our innovation-rich technology offering.
Before moving to Avery Dennison Smartrac, Raymond joined Avery Dennison in 2013 as part of the former Labels and Graphic Materials division. While spearheading Avery Dennison Smartrac, Raymond also leads the global finance function, proactively driving company performance, customer centricity through actionable intelligence and strategic decision making support.
Raymond is based out of the European HQ in The Netherlands, and has spent several years in Singapore managing finance for the South-Asia, Africa, and Oceania region. Prior to Avery Dennison, he worked at Eaton Corporation for 10 years in various roles, with most of his time spent in Switzerland.
Raymond holds a MSc in Financial Management from the Nyenrode University and is certificatied with the Institute of Management Accounts.
